OUR STORY
Delectus is Latin for “chosen.” It’s the heart of what we do: helping companies choose the right people and helping talented people choose the right next step.
We started Delectus in 2015 with a simple belief: the roles that are hardest to fill deserve more than a stack of resumes. They deserve a recruiter who understands the work, tells you the truth about the market, and stays with the search from the first conversation through onboarding.
That approach has earned long-term trust. An engagement planned for six months grew into a five-year partnership, with more than 100 roles filled. Today, Delectus recruits for employers nationwide across seven technical and industrial fields, with candidates placed in all 50 states, and many of our clients come back to us search after search.
